Strength India focuses primarily on health, access, and opportunity-development for girls and women. Our programs boldly place female leadership at the heart of some of India's most at-risk communities.

Kiran Pal

Kiran grew up in a mud house with a family of 30 people. A village girl from Uttar Pradesh, near the holy city of Varanasi, she earned a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Education before teaming up with Tara to form Strength India. Kiran’s perspective and energy play invaluable roles; she is passionate about communicating with women who are commonly overlooked in society, as well as campaigning for equal treatment and access for all people

We're Different.
We Know It.
We Like It That Way.

We look for perseverance and determination above poise and demureness.

We don’t care if you were right, we want to know what you learned.

We seek potential regardless of access.
